Welcome to Njenje.com, a platform operated by Njenje Travel Inc. in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. By accessing or using Njenje.com or any of its associated platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Overview

Njenje.com is a global marketplace connecting clients seeking immigration, travel, or visa services with independent service providers (agents). These Terms of Use govern your access and use of our platform, including any disputes, orders, or communications facilitated through the website. 

Account Registration

• For Clients: You must provide accurate personal information during registration, including first and last name, email, and gender.
• For Agents: You must complete a verification process before creating a wallet or listing services on our platform.
• Email verification is required for password changes or security updates.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

Platform Rules for Clients

• Clients cannot place an order without creating a goal (name, country, and purpose are mandatory).
• Goals with ongoing orders cannot be edited.
• Clients can only modify meeting schedules if the order has not started.
• Document management rules:
  • Requirements Documents: Can be modified or deleted only before the order starts, by their owners.
  • Normal Documents: Can be deleted only by the uploader.
• Clients cannot manually cancel an order; disputes must be raised and resolved for refunds to be approved.
• Payments made for disputed orders for whome refunds are approved are automatically converted to coupons which can in turn be used to re-order same or another service.
• Coupons unused for over a year will incur quarterly penalty fees.

Platform Rules for Agents

• Agents must create a wallet and list at least one service to operate on the platform.
• The minimum price for services is $20.
• A service must include at least one deliverable (e.g., meeting or document).

Order Management

• Orders are tied to goals created by clients.
• Each chat session is unique to a specific order and archived alongside when service is completed and archived.
• Clients and agents can upload documents related to an order.
• A dispute may be closed only after resolution and issuance of a refund if required.

Payments and Refunds

• Payments are securely processed through verified payment methods.
• Refunds are only issued through the resolution of disputes or cancellations, coupon refunds attract a 10% system fee.
• Service completion requests, once accepted or processed, finalize the release of payment to agents.

Content and Document Management

• Users retain ownership of uploaded content but grant Njenje.com a license to use the content for order facilitation.
• Only the uploader can delete documents, subject to platform rules.
• Chats associated with an order cannot be deleted.

Dispute Resolution

• Either party (clients or agents) may raise a dispute for unresolved issues.
• Only one dispute can be raised at a time per order.
• The dispute initiator must ensure the resolution is finalized before raising another dispute.

Termination of Use

Njenje.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms of Use, including:

• Providing false information during registration.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Violating document upload or communication guidelines.

Platform Notifications

You agree to receive email and platform notifications related to account activity, orders, and disputes, including:

• Order status updates.
• Dispute and refund resolutions.
• Completion request notifications.

Independent Service Providers

• Agents on Njenje.com operate as independent service providers.
• Njenje.com is not responsible for the quality or outcome of services provided by agents.
• Any legal or contractual obligations between clients and agents must be honored independently of Njenje.com (subject to legal review).

User Responsibilities

• Users must ensure the accuracy and legality of the information provided.
• Misuse of the platform, including abusive language or fraudulent activities, will result in account suspension.
• Clients and agents must adhere to document and payment rules outlined on the platform.

Liability Limitations

Njenje.com and Njenje Inc. are not liable for:

• Delays or failures caused by third-party service providers.
• Losses resulting from disputes between clients and agents.
• Unauthorized access to user accounts caused by user negligence.

Data Collection and Privacy

Njenje.com collects and uses user information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data for service facilitation.

Intellectual Property

• All content on Njenje.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Njenje Inc.
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of Njenje.com will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Calgary, Alberta.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
